The restaurant emerged in 1990, due to the failure with a business they had, they owned pigs that they could not sell and with them they began to make pork rinds and sell them together with the meat. Then they saw that people did not eat pork every day and they began to sell breakfast and over time it grew to the point of working 24 hours a day. The business provided service to a large number of cargo carriers that passed through the place, since the authorization of the Costanera highway, all that clientele was reduced, however they continue to provide their services for those who pass through the Inter-American South.
