La Chelita is a family company dedicated to the production and processing of coffee, they carry out this work with the commitment to take care of nature. We harvest one of the best coffees in Costa Rica, at more than 1200 meters high, on the slopes of the La Amistad International Park. We do not use agrochemicals in our crops, we have been replacing chemicals, with sustainable practices in harmony with the environment. The coffee that we drink in the Fallas family is the same one that we offer to the general public. Our coffee is grown under optimal conditions of height, humidity, temperature and soil. It is a first class coffee, without mixtures, cultivated and collected at its peak of ripening. We use only Arabic variety grains which is the most aromatic in Costa Rica, and possibly the whole world. We make our coffee in total harmony with nature and the ecosystem. It is public knowledge that sun-dried coffee produces the most exquisite flavor and strongest aroma.
