How did they learn to do it?
His son took him to a craft brewery in San José, after that experience and seeing that the taste was very bitter, his daughter told him to make it himself. So I took a course in Barrio Escalante and then in Biolley, INA gave them another and with it began the production process.
How do you do the activity?
The inputs are selected, the malts specifically, which must be broken (grinded), then macerated, cooked, then fermented for at least 15 days and then bottled.
