Why did they decide to settle?
Seeing the needs that there are many people with disabilities and that no one defended them and protected their rights, then they decided to create an organization that will seek that goal.

defend the rights of people with disabilities. Sustainable improvement of the quality of life of people with disabilities. Development of labor, educational, social, environmental, artistic projects of people with disabilities. Promote organized participation of people with disabilities and their families to generate a more leading presence of the target population.
