Why did they decide to settle?
The objective was to be able to get an entrance permit to the Chirripo from San Jerónimo, since there was already a trail made by Monteadores. I wanted to start as a Chamber of Tourism, but they identified that it was not ideal and that is why they decided to do it as an association.
