San Pedrillo Beach
Playa San Pedrillo belongs to Corcovado National Park in the Osa Peninsula; which is the destination with the most intense biodiversity in Costa Rica. San Pedrillo is a beach of gray sand and strong waves that is surrounded by intense vegetation. It works as a biological station.
In this destination there are a series of trails that guide tourists to a beautiful waterfall. On the way you can see animals such as congo monkeys (sharers) and carablanca, as well as pizotes and dantas. One of the great attractions of the beaches of Corcovado is to observe the Tandas as they walk through the sand and cool off in the sea. It's a natural phenomenon that happens frequently in the area. lang="es-cr">
